We want to ensure smooth project progression and timely completion. By establishing clear expectations regarding the provision of content and assets, we aim to foster a collaborative and conflict-free relationship between our team and our clients.
1. Client Responsibilities
To maintain the project timeline and achieve the agreed-upon deliverables, we require clients to provide all necessary content and assets promptly. These materials are vital for meeting project milestones and deadlines. Clients are responsible for submitting the following based on project requirements:
- Content: Includes any copy, text, slogans, descriptions, or written materials required for the project.
- Brand Assets: Includes logos, brand guidelines, fonts, color schemes, and other visual elements related to the brand.
- Media Files: Includes high-resolution images, videos, or other digital media relevant to the project.
- Technical Information: Includes necessary login credentials, integrations, and other software-related information.
Submission Deadline: All content and assets must be submitted according to the project timeline agreed upon at the start of the engagement. Delays in submission can impact the overall project schedule.
2. Communication & Clarification
If there is any uncertainty about the required content or assets, it is the client's responsibility to seek clarification at the earliest opportunity. We are available to guide the process.
- Dedicated Point of Contact: Each client will be assigned a dedicated project manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for all questions and concerns related to content or asset submission.
- Response Time: We aim to respond to client inquiries within 1-2 business days.
3. Impact of Delayed Submissions
The timely submission of content and assets is critical to maintaining project schedules. If materials are not provided by the agreed-upon deadlines, the following may occur:
- Extended Deadlines: Project timelines may need to be adjusted to account for the delay.
- Additional Charges: Rescheduling or extended work periods due to delays may result in additional fees.
- Paused Work: If a significant delay occurs (e.g., more than two business weeks), the project may be put on hold until all required materials are received.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content and assets provided by the client remain the intellectual property of the client. Any materials created by StarkSouk during the project will be handed over upon completion of the project and receipt of final payment.
- Usage Rights: StarkSouk reserves the right to use any project work, including content and assets provided by the client, for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
