It sets the standards for professional behavior within StarkSouk’s office, internal and external communication channels, remote work environments, StarkSouk-hosted events, and industry gatherings where teams represent StarkSouk.

• Unauthorized use, removal, or theft of company or personal property.

• Violating workplace safety and health regulations.
• Engaging in unlawful or inappropriate behavior outside work that negatively impacts StarkSouk’s reputation.
• Repeated absenteeism or failure to report to work without prior notice.
• Possessing or bringing weapons onto company premises.
• Working under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.
• Possessing, distributing, or consuming alcohol or illegal substances while on duty or company premises.
• Sharing confidential or financial company information with unauthorized individuals.
• Committing fraud or any act of dishonesty that breaches trust.
