This Code of Conduct applies to all external partners we collaborate with, including freelancers, agencies, studios, consultants, and other contributors. It covers conduct within StarkSouk’s office, in internal and external communication channels, on social media, in remote work environments, during StarkSouk-hosted events, and at industry events attended by StarkSouk’s external partners, whether or not they are directly representing StarkSouk.

All agencies, freelancers, and studios must meet the following performance and conduct standards. While not exhaustive, the following behaviors are examples of violations that may lead to disciplinary action, up to and including contract termination:
