This Code of Conduct applies to all external partners we collaborate with, including freelancers, agencies, studios, consultants, and other contributors. It covers conduct within StarkSouk’s office, in internal and external communication channels, on social media, in remote work environments, during StarkSouk-hosted events, and at industry events attended by StarkSouk’s external partners, whether or not they are directly representing StarkSouk.

We are committed to creating an inclusive and safe workplace. StarkSouk pledges to be free from harassment and discrimination for all, regardless of age, disability, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, nationality, neurotype, personal appearance, political affiliation, professional background, race, religion, or sexual orientation.

Personal Conduct

All agencies, freelancers, and studios must meet the following performance and conduct standards. While not exhaustive, the following behaviors are examples of violations that may lead to disciplinary action, up to and including contract termination:

• Falsifying information on forms, reports, or records.
• Misrepresenting or fabricating injury claims.
• Unauthorized removal or misuse of company or personal property.
• Theft or unauthorized possession of company property.
• Fighting, assault, threats, or intimidation of any person associated with StarkSouk.
• Violating safety or health protocols.
• Engaging in unlawful or improper conduct off-premises or during non-working hours impacts StarkSouk’s reputation.
• Excessive absenteeism or absence without notice.
• Bringing weapons into company premises.
• Working under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.
• Possession, distribution, or use of alcohol or illegal drugs while on duty or company premises.
• Disclosing confidential or financial information to unauthorized persons.
• Fraud or breach of trust.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies both during StarkSouk work hours and in public spaces when you are representing StarkSouk. This includes acting as a delegate at online or offline events, posting on StarkSouk-branded social media, or attending StarkSouk social events outside of work hours.
