Compatibility Period at StarkSouk

When you join StarkSouk, you’ll go through a three-month compatibility period (also known as probation). This allows both you and us to assess if we’re the right fit. Upon successful completion, you’ll gain full employee status and benefits.

If needed, this period can be extended for another three months to give both sides more time to adjust.

What to Expect

During this time, our HR &StarkSouk Team will check in with you monthly to discuss:

• Your well-being and experience in your new role
• Whether the work, culture, and team align with your expectations
• Any support you need to integrate into the organisation
• Feedback from colleagues to help improve collaboration

We believe in a thorough hiring process, but no process is perfect. If either side feels StarkSouk isn’t the right fit, it’s a reflection of the hiring process, not the individual. This period is about ensuring mutual alignment and success.
