When you join StarkSouk, you’ll go through a three-month compatibility period (also known as probation). This allows both you and us to assess if we’re the right fit. Upon successful completion, you’ll gain full employee status and benefits.
If needed, this period can be extended for another three months to give both sides more time to adjust.
