1. Profile Screening and Shortlisting

We begin by screening profiles from our freelancing network or by directly reaching out after discovering your work on platforms like LinkedIn, Behance, Dribble, etc.

2. Introductory Screening Call

Once shortlisted, we will contact you to schedule a 15-30 minute online meeting. This introductory call helps us assess your capabilities, availability, and work process.

During this call, you’ll speak with our founders or team members to get a feel for our culture. We encourage you to ask questions about our values and ways of working to see if we align. We also take this opportunity to understand your values, vision, and reasons for wanting to collaborate with us.
