However, when a meeting is necessary, we aim to keep it efficient and productive.

Our Meeting Principles:

  1. Keep it Short: We prefer meetings to be no longer than 30 minutes, but 45 minutes is the absolute maximum.
  2. Clear Purpose: Begin with a clear objective—what do you want to achieve during this time? This sets the tone and helps keep the meeting focused.
  3. Defined Meeting Type: Everyone attending should know whether the meeting is for updates, feedback, or collaboration.
  4. Time Management: The meeting leader is responsible for managing time and ensuring the discussion stays on track.
  5. Right People in the Room: Only include individuals who are directly involved and can contribute to the task—no more, no less.
  6. Active Participation: Everyone present should be engaged, focused, and ready to contribute.
  7. Respectful Communication: Minimize interruptions and ensure all voices are heard. Acknowledging diverse perspectives strengthens collaboration.
  8. Clear Action Items: End the meeting with specific next steps and agreed-upon deadlines.
  9. Breathing Room: Allow time between meetings so that participants have a moment to regroup before their next task.

Meeting Etiquette & Presentation:

We understand that remote work has blurred the lines between home and office. While there is no formal dress code, we expect you to be presentable for both clients and internal meetings, whether online or in-person. Feel free to dress comfortably, authentically, and in line with your style, religion, or gender expression.
