At StarkSouk, we value long-term collaboration with our external partners—be they agencies, studios, or freelancers. We continuously work to improve our processes and aim to be a great partner to work with. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to make the difficult decision to end our collaboration.

Our goal is to ensure that the end of any partnership is smooth and professional and leaves the door open for future opportunities.

Considering Ending the Partnership?

If you are thinking of ending the collaboration, please let us know as soon as possible. We’d love the opportunity to discuss your concerns and explore if there’s anything we can do to address them. Even if the decision is final, we want to part ways on good terms—there are no hard feelings.

We also kindly request that you participate in an exit discussion with the StarkSouk team as part of your off-boarding process. Your feedback is valuable to us and helps shape future policies. Many of the improvements in these guidelines come directly from insights shared during these exit conversations.

Notice Periods and Expectations

We recognize that you are not bound by formal notice periods, as you are an external partner rather than an internal team member. However, to ensure a smooth transition, we kindly ask the following:

  1. Completion of Ongoing Projects: If possible, please complete any current projects before ending the partnership.
  2. Assistance with Handover: If you need to exit a project for any reason before its completion, we ask that you assist us during the transition phase. This may include supporting the project until a replacement is found to ensure continuity for the client.

Our goal is to maintain a positive and professional relationship, even after the partnership ends. We greatly appreciate your cooperation and commitment to a smooth exit process.
