We also ask that you participate in an exit interview with our HR & StarkSouk Team. Your feedback is invaluable and helps shape our policies for the better.
As a full-time team member, your notice period is 30 days. While we strive to be flexible, this period helps us find a suitable replacement and ensures a smooth transition for your teammates.
Note: If a replacement is found sooner, we may offer flexibility on your notice period, allowing you to leave within one week.
Since the hiring process typically takes 60 to 90 days, we appreciate your support in preparing a detailed handover for your team lead. If you know someone who would be a great fit for your role, feel free to recommend candidates or assist with interviews.
