Fast & Fair Exit Process: Your Final Settlement in 5 Days

The standard 45-day full and final (FNF) settlement period is an outdated and unfair practice. At StarkSouk, we ensure all exit formalities are completed within 5 days of your last working day or full handover of materials—whichever comes later.

If you've returned all office equipment and completed your documentation, your final compensation will be credited to your bank account within 5 days.

How to Complete Your Exit Formalities & Handover

Your final settlement process starts in your last working week:

1. Return Office Property
   • Submit all company hardware, documents, and assets before your last working day.
   • If you're in another city, ship them within a week after your last day.
   • The admin team will verify the condition within 5 working days and notify finance.
2. Sign the Final Settlement Document
   • Once all materials are received, you'll receive a document for signature.
3. Damage & Deductions
   • If any equipment is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, the non-insured cost must be covered before processing your settlement.

You can courier or drop off office assets by coordinating with HR or admin. Once the full handover is confirmed, finance will finalize your settlement within 5 working days.
