Remote Work and Onsite Activities

• All project activities will be carried out remotely.
• If onsite activities are required outside Ahmedabad, the client will bear all associated costs, including transportation, food, and accommodation. These expenses must be pre-booked and paid directly by the client.

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

• StarkSouk retains full Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) for all work created until full payment, as agreed in the contract, has been received.
• Upon receipt of payment, IPR will be transferred to the client. However, StarkSouk retains the right to artist credits for the delivered work.

Proposal Validity

• All proposals issued by StarkSouk are valid for 45 days from the date of submission.
• After 45 days, a new proposal will be required to initiate the project.

Decision and Approval Timeline

• The time taken by the client to make decisions or provide approvals/revisions is not included in the overall project timeline.
• Any delays in these processes will extend the project deadline accordingly.

Project Stoppage and Cancellation

• If the project remains inactive for 30-45 consecutive days without any progress or communication, StarkSouk will consider the project canceled.

Working Days and Timeline Calculation

• The project timeline is calculated based on working days only. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and national holidays are excluded.
• StarkSouk’s official working days are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Turnaround Time for Revisions

• The minimum turnaround time for any design revision or task is 48 hours, counted as working days.

Hosting and Domain Responsibility

• The client is responsible for providing hosting and domain services for the project.

Stock Media and 3rd-Party Integrations

• StarkSouk’s pricing does not include stock images or videos. If additional stock media is required, the cost will be covered by the client.
• The project pricing excludes costs for any 3rd party services, such as purchasing media, photography, videography production, third-party plug-ins for website, or subject matter experts. These costs will be borne by the client if needed.
