At StarkSouk, we operate as a fully remote-active workplace with our main office in Ahmedabad. Our team members can work from home, co-working spaces, coffee shops, or any location they prefer. To ensure smooth and efficient collaboration with our clients, we primarily conduct meetings online.

To help complete projects successfully without any conflicts, we ask that both our clients and team members meet the following basic requirements for online collaboration:

Online Meeting Essentials:

• Reliable Internet Connection: A strong, stable Internet connection is essential for clear communication, file access, and smooth project execution.
• Suitable Workspace: A quiet, comfortable, and distraction-free environment to stay focused and maintain productivity during virtual meetings.
• Hardware and Software: You should have access to the necessary equipment, such as a computer or laptop, headphones, a webcam (if required for meetings), and any software tools specific to the project (e.g., design or project management tools).
• Data Security: Protecting sensitive information is key. Please ensure the use of secure Wi-Fi and VPNs and adherence to any relevant data security protocols set by your organization or our company.

In-Person Meetings:

While we prefer online meetings for convenience and flexibility, if you wish to meet in person, we are happy to arrange meetings at our Ahmedabad office, provided it’s feasible and mutually convenient.
