At StarkSouk, all creative work deserves compensation.

If a candidate is asked to complete a creative, strategy, or similar test during the interview process, we will provide a one-time payment based on the role's level. HR or the Management Team will communicate the fee upfront.

This policy reinforces our commitment to candidates and ensures hiring teams value their time.

Note: Only HR or The Management Team will request such tests—no one else.
