At StarkSouk, we believe that a successful project goes beyond its final delivery. Our Post-Project Support ensures that both our clients and team remain aligned after the project’s completion, providing clear guidelines for addressing any ongoing needs or potential issues.
1. Support Period
- Duration: We provide free post-project support for 30-45 Business days from the project’s final delivery date.
- Scope: During this time, we will address any issues directly related to the completed project that were part of the original scope of work.
- Extended Support: After the initial 30-45 business days support period, extended support services can be arranged through a retainer contract.
2. Scope of Post-Project Support
The support provided is strictly for:
- Fixing any bugs, errors, or technical issues directly related to the project deliverables.
- Addressing minor design or functionality adjustments as defined in the project scope.
- Guiding using the delivered assets (e.g., website content management system, brand assets, brand guidelines, etc.).
3. Exclusions from Support
Post-project support does not include:
- New features or major design changes that were not part of the original project scope.
- Support for third-party tools, platforms, or services unless they were explicitly integrated by our team.
- Ongoing maintenance, hosting, or updates, unless previously agreed upon in a separate contract.
4. Communication and Response Time
- Support Requests: All support requests must be submitted through our dedicated support channel (email, chat, etc.).
- Response Time: We strive to respond to all post-project support requests within 2-3 business days. Urgent matters will be addressed on a priority basis.
- Resolution Time: While we aim to resolve all issues as quickly as possible, resolution times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue.
