1. Introduction

At StarkSouk, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace for all our employees. Every team member has the right to work in an environment free from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind.

This policy aligns with The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013, and extends protection to all genders. It applies to every individual within the organization, including full-time employees, part-time employees, interns, and consultants.

Sexual harassment in the workplace will not be tolerated under any circumstances, and any violation of this policy will result in appropriate action.

2. What Constitutes Sexual Harassment?

Sexual harassment includes any unwelcome sexual behavior that may be physical, verbal, written, or electronic. Examples include but are not limited to:

  2. Requests for sexual favors – Propositions, coercion, or suggestive comments.
  3. Sexually explicit remarks – Repeated jokes, comments, or slurs of a sexual nature.
  4. Displaying inappropriate content – Sharing, sending, or showing sexually explicit images, videos, or materials in the workplace.
