To ensure smooth collaboration and successful project completion, we have established a clear Project Timeline Guideline. This guideline is designed to help both our clients and our team align expectations, manage deadlines, and avoid conflicts.
1. Project Kick-off and Planning
- Initial call: After the project agreement is signed, we will schedule an initial call to discuss goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Timeline Agreement: A detailed project timeline, including key milestones and deadlines, will be created based on mutual discussions. Both parties must review and agree upon the timeline before the project starts.
- Adjustments: Any adjustments to the timeline at this stage must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
2. Milestones and Deadlines
- Milestone Breakdown: The project will be divided into clear, manageable phases, each with specific deadlines. Milestones may include design drafts, revisions, and final approvals.
- Client Responsibilities: Timely feedback, approvals, and provision of necessary materials from the client are crucial to maintaining the timeline. Any delay in these areas may result in timeline adjustments.
- Internal Review: Our team will review all deliverables internally before sharing them with the client to ensure quality.
3. Revisions and Feedback
- Feedback Deadlines: Clients are expected to provide feedback within 3-5 business days of receiving deliverables. Delayed feedback may cause adjustments to the overall project timeline.
- Number of Revisions: The project timeline accounts for a set number of revisions per milestone. Additional revisions may extend the project timeline and could incur additional costs.
4. Timeline Adjustments
- Unforeseen Delays: In the case of unforeseen circumstances (such as changes in project scope or unexpected events), the timeline may be revised. Both parties will discuss and agree on any new deadlines.
- Client Delays: If delays are caused by the client’s failure to provide feedback, materials, or approvals, the timeline will be extended accordingly. If the delay exceeds 15 days, the project may be paused or rescheduled.
- Agency Delays: If delays are caused by us, we will notify the client immediately and provide a revised timeline to mitigate any impact on the project.
5. Project Pauses
- Client-Initiated Pauses: If the client needs to pause the project, they must notify us in writing. The timeline will be extended based on the duration of the pause. Extended pauses may result in the need for timeline renegotiation.
- Agency-Initiated Pauses: If we need to pause the project due to internal issues, we will inform the client and provide a new timeline.
6. Completion and Final Delivery
