We get it—performance reviews can be stressful. But honest, consistent feedback is key to growth. The QTPR is a structured, quarterly feedback session between you and your manager to discuss your performance, successes, challenges, and development areas. It also serves as a formal record for tracking progress and contributes to your annual appraisal.

QTPR Scoring System

What Does QTPR Cover?

Company Principles – Evaluation based on core studio values, e.g., adherence to the "no follow-ups" policy.

Role-Specific Skills – Assessed on key skills relevant to your position (e.g., creativity, presentation, planning, relationship management).

Overall Performance – Includes responsiveness, collaboration, and remote work effectiveness.

Even small improvements matter. Regular feedback and discussions help us grow as individuals and as an organization.

After the QTPR Meeting

Your manager submits the QTPR to HR or the Core Team, where it’s officially recorded and reviewed by leadership. These evaluations play a crucial role in your annual appraisal and salary increment.
