1. Weekly Start-off Meeting:
Agenda:
- Build the roadmap and task list for entire week. Help client, team and every person to understand what we are doing in this particular week.
- To Know Availability of the team and clients.
- For all department: client work, sales and marketing and finance
Timing:
- Monday morning ( First half of the day ): Between 9:00 AM to 11:30AM.
- Time Duration: 30min ( Max 45 min )
Discussion:
- Set and review the entire week task on the Project Management Tool.
- Set the timing for the predefine meeting for that week.
- Clarify the dependability of the other person to perform any particular task.
- Discussion about the availability of the client and team members.
2. Weekly Review Meeting:

- Review the week according to the Start-off meeting.
- What we can improve and continue in the next week?
- For all department: client work, sales and marketing and finance
