We commence the hiring process by getting to learn more about you - your skills, experience, interests, & what drives you.
You’ll have a 15-20 minute introductory call to meet with a hiring manager or founders to discuss the role and skill fit.
Depending on the role you’re applying for, we’ll send you an interesting assignment with a required deadline, a must-do for the next phase.
You’ll have a call with founders or teammates to get excited about our culture. We encourage you to ask questions, explore our values and behaviors, and get energized about how we do things. We also understand your values, vision, and thinking about joining our team.
Once you clear the assessment phase, you will have the final interview with the StarkSouk team. We’d also love to chat with at least three references, including a previous manager.
