As our external partner, you're free to work from any location you choose. Here’s what we expect:

For Agencies and Studios:

• If you are an agency or studio, you likely already have an established work environment. While we don't impose additional rules, we ask for clear communication about your work processes.
• Our goal is to balance your workflow with StarkSouk’s, fostering mutual understanding and effective collaboration.

For Freelancers:

• Our freelancer network is global, with all freelancers working remotely. However, if you are based in Ahmedabad, where our office is located, we may occasionally arrange in-person meetings—if you're comfortable with it.

Basic Rights and Expectations

We expect you to have the following essentials:

• Reliable Internet Connection: A stable and robust Internet connection is crucial for communication, file access, and efficient task performance.
• Suitable Workspace: A quiet, comfortable, and distraction-free workspace to stay focused and productive.
• Hardware and Software: The necessary equipment, such as a computer or laptop, headphones, webcam (for virtual meetings if needed), and any required software or tools (e.g., project management or design software).
• Data Security: Ensuring the protection of sensitive company data by using secure Wi-Fi, and VPNs, and adhering to any company-specific data protection protocols.
