To ensure smooth collaboration and mutual success, we have established a clear guideline for showcasing completed projects in our portfolio. This guideline is designed to protect both our client's interests and our company's creative rights while promoting transparency and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
1. Ownership & Rights
- Client's Ownership: Once the final project is delivered and paid for in full, the client holds full ownership of the work. This includes all deliverables, such as branding assets, web designs, or any other creative outputs outlined in the project agreement.
- Company's Rights: As the creators of the work, we reserve the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio, on our website, and in other promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2. Showcase Timeline
- Current Projects or Client Partnerships: For large-scale, long-term projects, we may feature the client's name and project details on our website, social media, or other platforms as part of our ongoing work or client partnerships.
- Minimum Wait Period: We will wait a minimum of 30 days after the project's official launch before showcasing it in our portfolio. This allows the client sufficient time to fully unveil the work to their audience.
- Notification: Prior to featuring the project in our portfolio, we will notify the client via email, providing details on where and how the work will be showcased.
3. Confidential Projects
- Non-Disclosure Requests: If a project contains sensitive or confidential information, the client may request that the project not be showcased. In such cases, a written agreement outlining specific restrictions will be honored.
- Exemptions: If certain aspects of the project are confidential but others are not, we can discuss showcasing non-confidential elements only (e.g., design mockups without revealing proprietary details).
4. Attribution
- Client Credit: When showcasing the project, we will always credit the client, mentioning their brand and, where relevant, providing a link to their website or product.
- Design Credit: The work will also be credited to our design team or agency, ensuring that both parties receive appropriate recognition.
5. Amendments to Showcase
- Client Feedback: If the client wishes for any changes or adjustments in how the project is displayed in our portfolio (such as blurring sensitive information or excluding certain aspects), they can request changes, which we will review and address accordingly.
- Final Say: While we aim to accommodate reasonable requests, the final decision on how the project is showcased lies with us, within the bounds of professional standards and agreed terms.
6. Dispute Resolution
- Open Communication: In case of any disagreements regarding the portfolio showcase, we encourage open and respectful communication between both parties to reach a mutually beneficial solution.
