- Flexibility: While core hours are established, we understand that projects may require flexibility. If additional work outside of these hours is necessary, please communicate your needs in advance.
2. Availability for Meetings
- Scheduled Meetings: All meetings should be scheduled during core hours whenever possible. This ensures that all team members are available and focused.
- Meeting Requests: Clients should provide at least 1-2 days’ notice for meeting requests, allowing our team to prepare and allocate time accordingly.
- Duration: Meetings should be kept concise, ideally lasting no longer than 30-45 minutes. If more time is needed, consider scheduling a follow-up meeting.
3. Communication Expectations
- Response Time: Our team will aim to respond to client communications within 24 hours during standard working hours. For urgent matters, please specify the urgency in your message.
- Preferred Channels: Use designated communication tools (e.g., email, Chat and What’s app) for different types of interactions:
- Emails for detailed discussions or documents.
- Instant Messaging (e.g., WhatsApp or Google chat ) for quick queries or informal updates.
4. Project Deadlines
- Mutual Agreement: All project deadlines should be mutually agreed upon during the project planning phase. Clear expectations will help prevent misunderstandings.
- Progress Updates: Regular progress updates will be provided at predetermined intervals (e.g., weekly) to ensure that the project is on track and to address any concerns promptly.
